I just wanted to drop a line to say how pleased I was with the professionalism of you driver when collecting my horses.
I was worried about getting one of my boys on board. Your Man arrived promply. Reversed onto my drive. Collected documents etc. sorted the box for loading took control of my boys and the situation especially with 2 flustering ladies about (I had a friend helping me) he was so calm talked to them and they just followed, such a relief. They arrived hours later perfectly fine, and unstressed about the whole ordeal. Many thanks.

I would like to say massive thank you for delivering willow to me yesterday morning. Sian praised the men at wales end and they were amazing at my end to. As willow is a baby they showed empathy and compassion to the job they do and to the horses they deliver. They were gentle and took their time with her as she was footsy coming of the box.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for looking after my boy so well. He hadn't travelled for 12 years, had leg problems, and faced a journey of around 450 miles over 2 days so I was an anxious emotional wreck!! Your drivers were fantastic and put both me and him at ease. He arrived exactly on time after updates from the driver, and led down to his new field like a star. If anyone is worried about transporting your precious cargo, if you use Gillies you can rest assured they will be looked after extremely well. Thank you for everything!!

The staff were lovely and kept me updated throughout. The lorry was also spotless, my horse and I loved it! I will be using them again for his venture back home!

Please can I send a huge ‘thank you’ for the amazing job you did, transporting my 3 horses from Coventry to Thurso over 2 days. They travelled in such style and arrived in excellent shape, very calm. Alan did the first leg and then Alistair did day 2.

Collection was hampered by a road closure by the horse’s field and the end point saw the huge lorry negotiating a narrow farm track in reverse, like it was the size of a smart car! Extremely slick service from start to finish, excellent communications and a real ‘can do’ approach.

What was also really outstanding was the focus on the welfare of the horses with a good break overnight in the Borders. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done and would recommend you to anyone and everyone.
